Hi! I'm Dave Mitchner. I'm an author, an autograph collector, a farmer, and I enjoy experimental archeology. In 2019, I left working as a paralegal to farm full time and to focus on writing, content creation, and growing my autograph collection. I watch a lot of baseball, soccer, and other sports rather than scripted TV. Because of my growing up in a law office, and seeing true crime up close and personal, I also tend to really enjoy watching true crime shows. It's almost therapeutic.

I have a novelette published on Amazon, Tiger Gulch, a modern mystery/police procedural.I also put together a 35 page activity/coloring book teaching about the game of Soccer, also available on Amazon.

I spent the 2017 Baseball season writing journalistic copy for Last Word on Baseball. Unfortunately, life changes made maintaining a journalistic schedule extraordinarily difficult, to the point I had to resign from that position. I have flirted with the idea of doing haiku style game reviews for Chicago Cubs, DC United, Louisville City FC, and Louisville Bats just a fun writing exercise to keep my brain active.
